Professionalism & transparency

What we measure matters. So does how we measure it.

Mindala is preparing verified percentage-based measures of coordination, care experience and service mix. We will not publish patient or service counts, patient-level records or small-group metrics that could compromise privacy.

Percentages still need context.

Each published result will include its definition, source, reporting period and limitations. Numerators and denominators are checked privately, not published as counts.

Planned reporting

What we intend to measure

Results will appear only after data quality and clinical review. No estimated percentages are shown.

Response to appointment requests

Share of eligible appointment requests receiving a coordination response within a stated window.

Definition, methodology and limitations

Calculation base: All valid, eligible requests in the reporting period; excluding tests and invalid entries under documented criteria.

Limitations: This measures coordination response, not appointment confirmation or receipt of treatment.

Continuity of follow-up

Share of eligible scheduled follow-ups completed during a defined reporting period.

Definition, methodology and limitations

Calculation base: Eligible scheduled follow-ups due in that period with a consistent definition of completion.

Limitations: This does not measure symptom improvement or treatment effectiveness.

Clarity of care experience

Share of positive voluntary feedback responses to a consistent question about care information and next steps.

Definition, methodology and limitations

Calculation base: Valid responses to the same optional feedback question in the reporting period.

Limitations: Results represent respondents, not necessarily all patients; response bias is possible.

Service areas

Percentage distribution of completed services across broad service categories.

Definition, methodology and limitations

Calculation base: All qualifying completed service contacts in the period, categorized consistently.

Limitations: These percentages concern encounters, not unique individuals; one person may receive multiple services.

Our publication standard

Verified rates: Consistent definitions, documented internal numerators and denominators, and quality review before publication.

Reporting context: A clear reporting period, update date and documentation of material methodology changes.

Privacy by design: Suppression of small or potentially identifiable groups even if only percentages are displayed.

Responsible interpretation: Engagement and satisfaction indicators will not be presented as proof of treatment effectiveness without appropriate evaluation.
